A financial advisor typically manages investments and gives regulated advice on things like retirement accounts, insurance, and long-term financial planning.

A money coach works on the layer underneath that: the habits, systems, and behaviors around your day-to-day money. How you budget when income moves. How you build a savings strategy without guilt. How you actually stick to a plan instead of abandoning it by week three.

You don’t have to choose one or the other forever. Plenty of my clients have both, an advisor handling their investments, and me handling the system that makes sure there’s actually money to invest in the first place.
